So, the plan for using the CSA plums came out better then expected.
Plum Catsup.
Basically a plum based steak sauce, well...
I guess it doesn't have to be just for steaks, I think
mixing it in with some ground turkey could be
good as well. But it was mighty tasty on the steaks.
The comment from one person was, wow...this is
like a decadent A1. Which I'm taking as a
compliment. lol
As an aside, waiting until Sunday to reply
to an unpleasant Saturday work e-mail is
a good idea.
